1- The store must be located at the street or shopping plaza which is a located at a min.60 m² area in the city or district that is highly potent for trade and 

2- The interior design of Panço stores must be the same. (Look at sample store images)

3- If the purchase is made with installments bank guarantee letter or franchise special discounts are applied.

4- A product replacement right and an end of the season discount is offered especially for franchisers

5- Al franchisers must have the same product line and concept in accordance with m². There shall be no outer purchase without consent of the central Office. In the purchases which the base allows, the special discounts opportunities given from the contracted stores shall be informed to the central Office.

6- All support including staff training and window design are provided by the company.

7- All the information transfer and loading is conducted by the company, in cases where the franchise purchases the computer software which our company uses.

8- The franchises automatically earn the right to benefit form the special agreements and campaigns made with the banks.

9- In condition that the above franchise clauses are fulfilled, our company displays the contracted franchise stores name in the visual  advertisement material that are made.
